I am Ahmer Najam, a full stack developer with more than 20 years of experience in corporate IT. I build the automation and the application around it: n8n workflows, LLM integration, a CRM or dashboard your team can actually use, and deployment on your own server. Example: an AI-powered order management system

I built a demo system that shows how these pieces fit together. A customer places an order by WhatsApp. An n8n workflow with an LLM understands the message, creates and confirms the order and collects the delivery location. The order appears instantly in a live CRM dashboard showing orders today, items that need attention, the kitchen queue and sales.

The application is built on the MERN stack and runs in Linux containers, so it is straightforward to host and extend. The same pattern applies to retail, food and beverage, healthcare and insurance workflows.

Why n8n

n8n is a workflow automation tool with a visual editor and a large library of integrations, and it can be self-hosted. That means your data stays on infrastructure you control, there is no per-task fee that grows with volume, and workflows are easy for your team to read and change later. When a workflow needs custom logic, I extend it with code and your own APIs.

Where an LLM helps, and where it should not decide

LLMs are excellent at understanding free-form text: a customer message, an email, a document. They are not a good place to make decisions about money, stock or compliance on their own.

So I use the LLM to interpret and extract, keep the business rules in deterministic code, and add a human approval step wherever a mistake would be costly. That gives you the speed of AI without surprises.
